No appliance dolly was provided even though I reserved it. I hope to see a refund for that charge. Similarly, the process itself was simple enough but changing the location did increase my milage and overall cost, in addition to the dolly not being available and not being told about the dolly not being available. Luckily I made it work in my move but that could be incredibly disappointing to someone else who desperately needs it.

Stacey STruck cab was dirty at pick up. I was forced to clean someone else's mess up. The representative at scrubbys was not willing to assist whatsoever just kept referring me to the mobile phone app so she could continue hanging out behind the counter and petting her dog in the back. It took nearly 30 mins to pickup because she refused to assist. Then I was told to get keys from lockbox. Only to have to go back in wait far too long, then hunt her down in the back with her dog to get the key directly from her, as the mobile app was not offering a alternative option. After ALL THIS... i was charged for an appliance dolly I never received as again employee was of zero assist and I had to drive to the orchard location, paying extra mileage to get the dolly from them. Absolutely hands down worst pick up experience in all my many many years with you uhaul. As a side note I originally made the reservation at orchard location. But recieved a call the night prior being directed to scrubbys. Had i known there would be no one there to actually help with pick up, I never would have agreed to picking up there. Entire thing from start to finish (except Amber giving me the dolly at orchard) was a complete shit show.
