Truck cab was dirty at pick up. I was forced to clean someone else's mess up. The representative at scrubbys was not willing to assist whatsoever just kept referring me to the mobile phone app so she could continue hanging out behind the counter and petting her dog in the back. It took nearly 30 mins to pickup because she refused to assist. Then I was told to get keys from lockbox. Only to have to go back in wait far too long, then hunt her down in the back with her dog to get the key directly from her, as the mobile app was not offering a alternative option. After ALL THIS... i was charged for an appliance dolly I never received as again employee was of zero assist and I had to drive to the orchard location, paying extra mileage to get the dolly from them. Absolutely hands down worst pick up experience in all my many many years with you uhaul. As a side note I originally made the reservation at orchard location. But recieved a call the night prior being directed to scrubbys. Had i known there would be no one there to actually help with pick up, I never would have agreed to picking up there. Entire thing from start to finish (except Amber giving me the dolly at orchard) was a complete shit show.

Train staff how to handle uhaul truck rentals took over 1 hr to get the truck
Robyn SQuick and easy. I had a last minute mishap with borrowing a friends truck to move. We couldn’t start it because the dual battery and diesels are a pain to start cold. With being kept very busy at work and waiting until last misuse to move: I caught them at 6:45 and they close at 7 pm for the u-haul. Made quick reservation. Took a few photos before and after. Over all it was good.
John TThe location was fine. The U-Haul check in experience was not good.
James SThe person at the counter was very friendly and really tried to help, but she had no idea what she was doing and had to call the owner, who also didn't know how to solve the problem - that I was given a quote and what they were charging me was higher. (It was because I added insurance, so it wasn't wrong, but she couldn't help figure that out.) I called a customer service line where a gentleman was very helpful and assured me I could leave with the truck and would not get overcharged. The truck was clean in the cab and box, but the windshied was filthy.
