Was moved to this location from original location only 2 hours before rental. Truck not cleaned inside. Gas tank was on EMPTY. Lucky I was able to make to a gas station and put gas in before I had even started on my way. Cannot in any way recommend this location.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkNo appliance dolly was provided even though I reserved it. I hope to see a refund for that charge. Similarly, the process itself was simple enough but changing the location did increase my milage and overall cost, in addition to the dolly not being available and not being told about the dolly not being available. Luckily I made it work in my move but that could be incredibly disappointing to someone else who desperately needs it.

Gabe BWe did not do any inspections of the vehicle before and after. That can bring problem one day to client if you have anything wrong with the vehicle. Let someone know the place to put the keys after hours .
