Make sure the unit that is scheduled to go out, is ready to go, and is actually the one that goes out. Don’t send out a trailer that can only go 55mph, out with a customer that is travelling on a highway, Also, after an email is sent out for a pick up time, don’t change it another few times after that. It messes up the customer and the pickup location staff.
