The customer service at Muffler Brothers was horrible. The store’s website notes that they are open until 5pm. We arrived at 4:45 to pick up a U-Haul and when Scott saw me asking through the door, as he was helping another customer, he let out a huge sigh and began complaining about needing to leave by 5pm. When it was my turn at the register and I told him I was there to pick up a U-Haul, he again let out a huge sigh and gave me a look of disgust. I will never use this location again even though it is the most convenient for me as we have college students at BGSU.
