I didn't get their banes but the two young people helping us were so nice and the young lady was such a sweetheart, I appreciated their help, explanations and patience. It was a very good experience all around.

Amazing staff, so friendly and kind and felt sorry about my experience when picking up the truck and dolly
JAYSEN GTruck was easy to pick up, but the windows were very dirty and it had not been washed. Bugs all over from previous trip.
Randall SOur trailer had expired registration in which we got pulled over for. Thankfully we only got a verbal warning. The pigtail was also pretty shredded.
Megan CNot clear about pick up instructions. I checked in the night before and it still made me put in all my info the time of pick up. I was 20 minutes into my rental time before I finally got into the vehicle because I was waiting for verification. Making people verify by calling their friends/family is ridiculous but at least give them a heads up instead of the time of pick up.
