Not for the location but don't give us a rental option for reservation if it's not actually going to exist. But everything was amazing and so helpful. An earlier start would have been the only helpful thing

Justin KI booked my trailer on the app and then the day before when they called to confirm my trailer, they said I can't get it where I booked it because that location is closed on the weekend. Why would the app ever let me book it at a place that is closed. This location added an extra 30 minutes of driving to my trip. I can't believe this was allowed to happen. Thankfully they gave me a discount on my rental. Integrated Auto was fine and the gentleman there was very nice. At least I was still able to get a trailer.
