Bob is great! He helps our rescue be able to pick up donated dog food monthly except when he doesn’t have or can’t get a truck.

The U-Haul website is awful. Not intuitive at all. And why do you make me click on "No Thanks" 5 or 6 times in a row while you're trying to upsell? Really annoying. I've spent hours trying to find a simple utility trailer. Only one in a 40 mile radius. More inventory is needed. Today I tried looking for another utility trailer needed for one day. Nothing! U-Haul needs some competition.
