I booked my trailer on the app and then the day before when they called to confirm my trailer, they said I can't get it where I booked it because that location is closed on the weekend. Why would the app ever let me book it at a place that is closed. This location added an extra 30 minutes of driving to my trip. I can't believe this was allowed to happen. Thankfully they gave me a discount on my rental. Integrated Auto was fine and the gentleman there was very nice. At least I was still able to get a trailer.
