I got the bill as 64 doller but 107 CAD deducted from my account
VIJAYAKUMARAN KThe gentleman we deal with at pick up location is wonderful. Our visits are usually okay but when we arrived for whatever reason our account was flagged with no notes as to why, which we didn’t understand as all payments have been made. The portal was sooo slow it took almost an hour just to update. The truck had a quarter tank of gas. So not only are we behind schedule but now we have to stop and fill up. Then the truck wouldn’t start. This is not the fault of the gentleman at bad Azz, he is wonderful! But you guys need to get it together because it was one thing after the next with this reservation.
MICHAEL SPerson over there had not disclose the charges to us . When we returned the vehicle he charged extra for gas and hours.
HITESH SCustomer service was excellent and the rep at the desk made our experience a good one.
