We were guaranteed a uhaul at the Lyndale location at 10:00 Nov 1st. When we got there, there was NO TRUCK. When we got home, we had a message saying there was a guaranteed truck at the 10th st location for 1:00. When we got there, again there was NO TRUCK. The woman was very professional and said the customer was late in returning the truck. We waited 30 min before it arrived. Fortunately, the person who was helping us with our move was able to wait until uhaul was able to deliver on their guaranteed service. We weren't too impressed

Good service I got
ANDUALEM WFix the app to pickup truck. couldn't not get logged in to pickup truck. Technical support eventually got me to pickup truck but 1 hour later. I had people waiting for me to help load the truck. It was not an easy process as you advertise.
