The hours said they were open 8-5, I had my reservation to pick up at 9:00 and there was no one there until almost 9:30 to give me the key. The truck’s check engine light was on the whole time, there was less than a quarter tank of gas when I picked up and I had to actually put gas in before I started my move. When I returned the truck at 2:45, again there was no one there to return the truck and keys to. I had trouble with the app but eventually was able to return the truck online. The door to the office was open so I left the keys on the desk and hoped for the best.

Michael KThe office was cluttered . It took until almost 9 to get things worked out ( I rented for 8 AM ) . The truck needed fuel which took me extra time . ( it was a little over a quarter of a tank ) They ( it ) had no dolly with it . By the time I got out of the city it was almost 9:30 . The credit card machine was broken so they needed my card and recorded all the info ( which made me nervous ) The truck did operate reasonably well though
