The office was cluttered . It took until almost 9 to get things worked out ( I rented for 8 AM ) . The truck needed fuel which took me extra time . ( it was a little over a quarter of a tank ) They ( it ) had no dolly with it . By the time I got out of the city it was almost 9:30 . The credit card machine was broken so they needed my card and recorded all the info ( which made me nervous ) The truck did operate reasonably well though

How U-Haul Reviews WorkWe got the Truck eventually, but we had to wait for over 45 minutes before the Truck came to the pick up location
Bayode OA trolley would have made the job much easier
RANDY WI arrived to pick up the u-haul trailer. The extra stuff ordered (blankets etc..) were not available. Trailer was not cleaned. There was a female sanitary napkin in the trailer. We were re-routed to a different pick up location. Disappointed.
Terrence PVery friendly staff When I hooked up the trailer, it was completely covered in mud. The agent had me pull up and they washed it. I feel like this is something that should’ve happened before the customer picks up. Also, one of the trailer lights was broken, and wires were hanging. I was told to tell the next guy at the drop off location so they can fix.
