I was given an address to return on my original contract. I went there to drop off and it didn’t accept trailers. Spent time talking to a virtual that couldn’t do anything then had to call and try to figure out a close drop off. It was not easy and screwed up the whole afternoon.

CHARLES BI returned the truck during business hours, yet there is no physical person you can see in the building. It's some odd virtual experience and I was told to put the key in the lockbox since no one was at this location. We step outside, take pics of the truck, gas & mileage and see someone coming from the restroom, briskly walking back to a door area that's code protected. This is not the type of place to go virtual, especially if you are charging folks a $20 fee for an after hours drop, when there wasn't one! It was just after 4p, broad daylight! Disgusting way to try to get extra money when I put less miles and more gas than I needed, and returned it 2 days earlier. Shame on to Midgard
