Very hard to get into the lock box for the key!!
Richard MActually, went better than expected based on the comments I read online. It is a contact-free experience. The business where the facility is located was not open. If you download the ap and get ready ahead of time, it goes smoothly. Yes, it takes a few minutes, but probably not more than if you wait in line and manually process paperwork. You confirm the information about the truck, take pictures of all 4 sides, and you get the code to get the key from a box. A simple and straight-forward process.
Glen MEasy, remote, drop off location. No personnel were involved and the site was an empty lot so "clean and inviting" is an odd question for remote drop offs.
Rowena WThe location was great. Your app leaves a lot to be desired. First you tell people to arrive 15 minutes early to wrestle with you incredibly lengthy process. We need 20 minutes to get through it the first time. It is cumbersome and redundant. I will not use it again.
