I was there at 8:46am for a 9:00am pick-up. There was an office with a 'closed' sign, so I waited for someone to arrive at 9:00 which they never did - I was not aware this was an unstaffed facility on the weekend. I used the UHaul site to login - it was excruciatingly slow and would not scan my driver's license, so I uploaded a picture. Got all the way to the end after typing in so much information to be told my pick up could not be process as my contract was 'under review'. I call the toll free number, waited on hold for a long time, spoke to a person who transferred my to another extension where I was on hold for a while, and they did help me. I pulled out with the rented van over an hour after arriving and had to pay my helpers for an extra hour of just waiting. Very disappointed. Will never use this location again.
Kalen RPick up location was small, units stacked in front of each other. We rented a 10' and there was another 10' in front of the one that was supposed to be ours, so had to move vehicles rather than just taking the one that was in front. Also, the tire pressure was low and did not have a full tank of gas. Our pick up time was 9:00am, we arrived just before 9:00 and the guy said we were lucky, as he was going to leaving in 30 minutes. So what would we have done if he wasn't there?
Robert BI dropped off a truck there twice in a two week period. First time (Saturday 3PM) - No one there. Second time (Wednesday about 11:30 AM)- No one there. I had to call and dispute a fuel charge on first visit. I had photo proof of overcharge. Charge was reversed. I have not seen any final bill yet Lon second drop-off.
