We had a confirmed reservation at Mid Guard Self Storage Brevard 2 at 196 Ecusta Road. The truck we reserved was there but there was no one to help onsite and the virtual video agent would not rent it to us even though we had a confirmed reservation for it. Terrible customer service and experience. Mid Guard Self Storage Brevard 2 facility should not be an authorized U-Haul site. On the other hand 91 Old Hendersonville Hwy Brevard where we ended up renting is a great U-Haul dealer.
