I returned after hours so I cannot rate the personnel and this platform will not let you not skip this entry. Therefore U-Haul as company just got a negative response from me. A huge company shouldn’t let problems like this exist. Figure it out. The drop off location was great. Plenty of room to park and do the photos for check in. Easily located and easy in-and-out. I would recommend using this location.

PHILIP GIf I were dropping it off it would be nice to have the time match the drop off by camera time dated or something. Could end up costing you more for the rental if it falls on a weekend
