This place was not open. I called the number and an employee called me back. He related the person who handles the UHaul stuff was out with a sick kid, Perfectly understandable given today's climate. I would have liked to know what to do with the trailer when I dropped it off and if the deal was finalized. Again, no employee was there, I dropped the trailer off the day before it was due back. I was concerned what would would have happened had it been stolen.

Gilbert C.Online experience was frustrating, as the U-Haul site would not save the info I input. I had to redo my inputs 3 times before I secured a reservation. Also, I was directed to the wrong pickup location via U-Haul email, which caused delays with my move.
