Drop off location had nobody there shortly after 5pm. Did the self checkout and system kept locking up on photo uploads. Called 800 number and was told I'm checked in. Still no receipt tell me contract is complete

The represenitive was rude short, very demanding. I would not have used this location again if what I needed was available somewhere else. I would rather drive 20 mins away than use this location.
