All my feedback is oriented to your technical service, is awful, the app is a pain in the ass, pickup and retuning a vehicle by the app is a nightmare. App doesn’t accept some Canadian addresses, I lost one hour trying to getting the fucking code number to get the keys, customer and technical services doesn’t help me at all, they don’t know about how your systems work. You suck!
Francisco MLe préposé m'a bien expliqué une anomalie du contrat et m'a suggéré d'appelé U-Haul pour corrigé la situation. J'ai appelé un préposé téléphonique de U-Haul qui m'a dit que gérant de secteur allait me rappelé car il ne pouvait rien faire. Le gérant m'a rappelé et n'a rien voulu faire pour corrigé la situation. Quand le préposé au retour en connait plus que votre service a la clientele et qu'il est plus sympathique que votre gérant de secteur...on comprend que U-Haul m'a pas en haute estime le service a la clientele.
