The location was great. The APP on the otherhand was garbage and canceled my reservation atone location last minute and sent me MILES away adding to my time, stress, and total cost.

My bill was much more than I expected. My original reservation was much closer to my need and use of the truck. Simply because I was allowed to make the reservation and then u-haul called me to move my location then resulted in adding lots of miles that I wouldn’t have had to pay for if my reservation. Next time I will decline the reservation and go with another company if that happens again.
