The truck was clean. However, about 20 minutes into our two-day trip a warning light came on on the dashboard saying "Service Advance Trac". It stayed on for the whole trip. It seemed that the truck was past due for maintenance.

JASMINE LThe parking lot is a little snug when there are a lot of rental units in it. Not really a problem though. Employees are friendly and helpful. Also, it is right next door to Charleston Place Self-Storage, which made storage very convenient as needed during our move.
