No staff, phone call resulted in "put the key in the dropbox" . I was unable to use the uhaul app to upload pictures due to limited bandwidth. The location seemed more like a place to get drugs than a shop. Office was locked and patrolled by two large German Shepards that barked menacingly and incessantly. That level of security is probably required in that dumpy area. We were charged a cleaning fee. Truck was empty, blankets folded.trucj K was driven on highways except to get to the return location. If I haven't made it clear the return location was tge worst placed I've ever dropped a truck off in my life.frankly I can't believe no one stole the moving cart and blankets from the truck when I left it

Tried to charge me for damages thawed already there. Scam
Wallace M.Very scary location. Many loud barking dogs at site, unsure if they had access to get outside so I felt rushed when returning truck in fear that dogs would get out and attack me. No one was present at the location. Hand written note to call number was on door. I called, was informed to park truck anywhere just not to block gate as "many tow trucks go in and out". I parked in acceptable location. I then called UHAUL directly and asked if it was necessary to perform return of truck on App. They told me I could simply park vehicle and leave keys in drop box which I did. I took picture of exterior as suggested by UHAUL rep on phone. Never took photos of interior , particularly passenger side seat as I never entered passenger side door or used the seat during duration of rental. I had the vehicle only for a couple of hours. Was very upset to learn I had been charged over $400 for "damage" to passenger seat which I never saw because I never entered passenger door nor used the passenger seat.
