Check out process was slow. Initial checkout was 45 minutes, second one 2 hours and was still issue with dispatch. The rented truck had a brake light/turn signal out and the rented auto transport had a broken/unusable wheel strap. We had to rig up a makeshift strap to secure our vehicle.

ADRIANN MWas overcharged for my U-Haul they said I used 500 and something miles and I actually did not I stated to the lady that the odometer on the dash was not working she said she would document it also after my initial of feeling of the paperwork and everything it took me an hour for the lady to figure out how to get me the U-Haul she had trouble getting into her own lock as well as had me searching for a key in other U-Hauls I would not recommend this location or any other U-Haul for that fact
