Nice people easy drop off
DANIEL BThese people were rude and slow. Their office is cluttered and uncomfortable. They didn't acknowledge my presence when I entered and offered no instructions on pickup or delivery.
MARK BCheck out process was slow. Initial checkout was 45 minutes, second one 2 hours and was still issue with dispatch. The rented truck had a brake light/turn signal out and the rented auto transport had a broken/unusable wheel strap. We had to rig up a makeshift strap to secure our vehicle.
