I’m a single mother and I lose my job and had to move here and I thought turning it in the same day, I’d get some of my money back but instead I was charged an additional 25 plus taxes because I didn’t clean out the back of the truck. And I turned in my key to the establishment by 8pm and he placed my rental returned at 846pm. Then I didn’t get a refund for the two extra days I was charged for and didn’t get a refund for the mileage I didn’t use. I’ll never return or recommend this business for U-Haul pickup or drop off. We spoke on the phone about h charging me for cleaning out the back of the truck. He claims I left trash and debris on the back of the truck, saying there was blue paper or some kind of blue trash on the back. Which I didn’t have anything blue in the truck. Extremely unpleasant experience!!!!!
