Charged me $671 for a $158 rental. I called immediately, the lady tells me “it’s fixed” no apology for running my card an extra $500+. The truck was absolutely filthy in the cab. I won’t be renting from here in the future.

DANIEL YThe only thing that I don't like is the fact that when they send you an email receipt it doesn't expand and you can barely read what the charges are it's a shame but you almost have to print it out just to see what you're actually being charged for. I noticed that this happens with all U-Haul facilities not just this location.
Rita MThere was no place to park, and no direction given as to where customers were supposed to go. The worker who released the trailer was unfriendly and was not helpful when I asked a question about the trailer.
