People were respectful. Return was simple and accurate. Exactly what I expected. Will use again. I subtracted one star because issues was with Uhaul.com/share. After I took the picture, it wouldn't let me advance beyond that point. Luckily, this is a small town and after hours drop off are normal. If it was longer trip to somewhere else, it could've been an issue.
