They added the collision protection without asking, even though I deferred it when submitting the quote. Wouldn’t remove it when I returned the equipment either. Lesson learned on my end.
Erik KI filled the gas to above what I was given in the truck - just over a quarter tank, which is low - just before returning the truck and even showed the receipt to the sales guy. He said he “would deal with the receipt later” and we never did an inspection. Then I got my receipt in the email and I was charged 30 dollars for not putting the gas in the truck. So I spent over 50 dollars for gas when I only drove less than 100 km. I was ripped off by these people and will never deal with them again.
