Extremely frustrated with my recent experience. I was quoted $299 for my U-Haul rental, but was shocked to see a final charge of $351. To add to that, I returned the truck with more gasoline than I started with, yet I was still charged extra. I expect a full explanation for these surprise fees and a refund for the overcharges.

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe guys at the pick up location were very professional in explaining every detail.
COLLINS OThe reservation was not made properly and I had to spend half an hour waiting on the phone to get it resolved. The dolly and moving blankets I was charged for weren’t on the truck, so that was a bad experience
