The ladies were exceptionally patient and friendly even when my card had issues. They offered options to me and ensured that I was comfortable. I had doubts about being able to drive the truck and they provided tips on how to overcome my fear. By far the best customer experience I have had in a long time.

Staff was very helpful & gave us some good tips/advice. However, it would have been helpful for them to tell us the truck does not come with tie down straps to secure the load and that we should rent them or be prepared to use something else to secure the load as we thought that would automatically come with the truck rental. Fortunately we had some rope available on the day the movers showed up.
