Customer service was subpar at best. Had me waiting in pawn shop for like 8 minutes while he "looked for his cell phone in the car" and checked the uhaul. Very unprofessional.

Annette KCohen Brothers/U-Haul was great. The truck was clean and ready at the pickup time. The workers were friendly & cool. Drop of was easy and quick. The U-Haul APP was tragic! took me 30min to get everything entered. It would not let me enter an accurate birthdate and kept defaulting to me being 1years old.
TF NThe staff were extremely rude and disrespectful on the return of the unit.
