How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe location was helpful and very kind but the vehicle was in horrible condition The kms were wrong, the brakes made the whole van shake and the interior dashboard lights turned off half way through driving. I didn’t feel safe driving this vehicle
Kelly SThe customer service was not great. When I picked up the vehicle, the gentlemen looked like he did not want to be there, did not look happy and did not seem to care about the interaction. When I dropped it off, the young lady was better but a tad overwhelmed as she was the only one handling many customers. Customer service should be every businesses #1 priority but it rarely is. Most companies have no idea what that even means tbh.
