When we were renting the car hauler a msg popped up that said "does not recommend" for the type of vehicle being towed. She said it usually won't let her rent it if it says that but it, the computer, was allowing it to process so it should be okay. She said if we had it back sooner that 5pm it would be around $50 to rent so we rented it. The truck was about 8 inches too long for the trailer so we were not able to use it. We returned it immediately. We were still charged $87.89 and we still had to pay a tow company to haul the truck. I am extremely dissatisfied that even though the pop up said "not recommended" she still rented us the trailer and I am out of pocket the $87.89.

Not a thing, Amber was very accommodating, everything worked out very well. I will definitely recommend this business in the future.
Jeff BI was overcharged for mileage we did not use. The place we moved furniture from was 2 miles from the uhaul pick up site and the storage place we took the furniture too was 1 mile from the house it was loaded from. We were charged extra miles that weren't used. I will be calling to get this resolved or filing a complaint.
