I was overcharged for mileage we did not use. The place we moved furniture from was 2 miles from the uhaul pick up site and the storage place we took the furniture too was 1 mile from the house it was loaded from. We were charged extra miles that weren't used. I will be calling to get this resolved or filing a complaint.
