I was scheduled to pick up my truck at 9am but no one was there . So I had to play phone tag for an hour and a half before finally getting my rental. Why schedule a time if no one is working?

How U-Haul Reviews WorkYall have Great location easy entrance.
Michael MThis was a remote drop off location. Didn't care to do uhaul work to drop off my rental. Also it was 20 plus miles away from my move in location causing me to go over miles and getting additional charges. Should have had additional rental miles. Not very satisfied with Uhaul this time.
Robert RWhen we were renting the car hauler a msg popped up that said "does not recommend" for the type of vehicle being towed. She said it usually won't let her rent it if it says that but it, the computer, was allowing it to process so it should be okay. She said if we had it back sooner that 5pm it would be around $50 to rent so we rented it. The truck was about 8 inches too long for the trailer so we were not able to use it. We returned it immediately. We were still charged $87.89 and we still had to pay a tow company to haul the truck. I am extremely dissatisfied that even though the pop up said "not recommended" she still rented us the trailer and I am out of pocket the $87.89.
Summer HNot a thing, Amber was very accommodating, everything worked out very well. I will definitely recommend this business in the future.
