When we picked up the van, the location was closed and they did not include the dolly that we paid for. We had to load everything into the van without the dolly. Then we had to call and track down a different dolly at a different location so that we had one to unload. I don’t think we should’ve been charged for the dolly that we didn’t even have to use the van.
