Guy CThe staff were excellent to deal with and were very accommodating. However, the trailer had no jack on the tongue and we were not able to lift it. It was extremely heavy and required a jack to lift it which I supplied. The whole process was time consuming and unsafe due to the portable jack shifting on the trailer tongue. The whole process took almost 50 minutes. These trailers need to have jacks on the tongue. Once again the staff were excellent and helped with the whole process.
