The drop off location I was originally given was not being used,so I went to the next location that was 20km away ,only to get there and they would not receive the trailer…the third location received the trailer for return but was close to 1 hour away from second location..

Not very helpful, They should knowledgeable on how to hook auto transport. The product was missing chains, dirty and the location was afraid of liability, told us to google how to hook up. They told me to call customer service to tell them my drop-off which they had to London, I was from London and had to drive an hour to pick this auto transport up. My final destination was Belleville which was the closest U-HAUL location to my destination Picton Ontario
Paul LBack in the outback, no Internet service to complete my return via the app. Had to call customer service, left a 1/4 tank not that when I picked it up and still got charge an additional 150 bucks for some reason. I specifically asked to return it to Grand Bend and they sent me to Camlackie to drop off by 0800 and nobody starts work till 9am there LOL what joke. Oh and they quoted me 286km free and charged me extra as per their invoice. Scammers. Just glad it’s over

Gerald BThey absolutely didn’t know anything about the system for booking. I booked my stuff online came in and they couldn’t even bring it off the system correctly and when I asked them to fix it, they told me they only make seven dollars off the transaction and gave me a one 800 number to call then I spent 3/4 of an hour on the phone trying to correct what they screwed up because they didn’t know how to run their own U-Haul computer system
