I received none of the moving supplies I requested. No Dollie’s and not furniture pads. This made moving significantly more difficult. Also, at the end of my rental despite stating multiple times in the online process that I did not receive any of these items, I was charged for them. I had to call UHaul directly to receive a refund.

Sarah BIt was a very smooth and easy setup, but I will recommend not booking ahead and going downtown Youngstown to anybody that asks me. There they have blankets and equipment. The app lets you add everything on even when they don’t have it at pickup.
