There was a discrepancy of $20 on my bill that was emailed to me, which is for a gas charge. However, when I return the vehicle to the store, the gas was. Add the same amount or higher as when I rented the truck. After calling the store on two different occasions to get this fixed, the experience speaking with them over the phone was very negative, they did not want to fix it, and gave me attitude about even calling. This is my negative review of the store and their customer service and their extra billing for something that didn’t happen. My view of the store is negative. I ended up calling the U-Haul phone number and the gentleman on the phone help me fix this,
