TINA SOwnership (Mike) is friendly, informative, accommodating and professional. Support staff (Trinity) has vast opportunities for improvement in her customer service as well as her knowledge.
PATTI BCustomer service was sub standard and immediately started out with "you're early and we don't usually service people before 9am". It's just a poor experience instead of "we'll be right with you" etc.
