Location was great, U-Haul corporate is HORRIBLE. The check in process was a nightmare through the app. Calling and getting AI and waiting for representatives that were useless and had attitude. I will never use U-Haul again. I would rather pay movers 100x more than deal with that experience again. NIGHTMARE!!!!!

Mark Bwelll we had a couple issues....truck we were given had overheating issues, telling us to turn off air ( and its a warm day) and idling itself ....turns out there was no anti freeae in truck and we are racing to Kroger at 11 pm to get some. Didn't think we had to play mechanic when renting uhaul. also truck leaked a lot (it was raining one day) and rained right on furniture. When advised, there was nothing offered in ways of discount for this truck, not even reimbursement for the anti freeze we bought. so basically unsafe truck, which we are putting money into, leaky truck and not much incentive to rent from here again. Nice enough people though, very polite and nice, maybe they have enough business not to have to offer something for a lackluster experience,.
