The gentleman helping me pick up the trailer was very helpful. When I returned the trailer to a different location, they did mention that the hitch attached to my car was upside down causing the trailer to be lower to the ground than desired. It didn't cause any issues but should probably be brought to the attention of the pick up location.

Jose VTrailer and service was great. Signage at location could be better. The reservation just gave an address but there were several businesses in the plaza and none were a U-Haul. I eventually saw a U-Haul drop box on the a store.
