It was an univiting quasi convenient store. The girl behind the desk lacked customer service skills or even people skills. The manager she spoke to on the phone who walked her thru my return knew what he was doing and got everything accomplished. Was not what you'd expect from a Uhaul affiliate. I do however have to rent one and drop off at the same place next week so it is what it is.

Bernadette KI returned the truck with much more fuel than I received it , which was just over 1/2 full. Also, there was a sign inside truck that said “If the inside of storage area was swept clean. I would receive a $25 credit. We swept it very clean and the drop off location representative said I would get the credit but never credited my final cost and even charged me $6 plus tax for being 6 miles over mileage limit. Not good for my business in the future. KO
