Return the U-Haul only had a 5 hours or so was given a receipt for one price then today the next day I get another charge for more money which come out to $200 for a $20 rental supposedly by the side of the truck got charged twice for the same 50 different things taxes and all the stuff I've never heard of would like you to straighten it out

MATTHEW JIt was an univiting quasi convenient store. The girl behind the desk lacked customer service skills or even people skills. The manager she spoke to on the phone who walked her thru my return knew what he was doing and got everything accomplished. Was not what you'd expect from a Uhaul affiliate. I do however have to rent one and drop off at the same place next week so it is what it is.
