We dropped the truck off after hours. The very small parking lot was quite full, but we just parked the truck behind another truck and put the key in the drop box.

SUSAN Wclean , but not particularly inviting. Owner of the location was very helpful. His employees were surley and not helpful. I don't think this location was at fault about pick up change- it was the larger system. And uhaul should reconsider recommending movinghelp.
