They called three times to confirm we were picking up the truck, but when we arrived the truck still needed to have the windows and mirrors washed, and the cab was dirty and dusty inside. The pick up took much longer than expected because we had to wait for them to wash the windows and mirrors, and they didn't wipe down the inside at all. Truck was 1/4 full of gas, so we needed to fill it before starting out.

hank oThe staff was super friendly and helpful. Got me right out the door and in to a 26 footer. The truck was a beast, but it handled great.
PAUL KThe guy at the front desk charged me for two days even after I told him that I returned it on time. Also, I got charged all these unnecessary fees such as after hours service fee, etc. Not to mention he was extremely rude over the phone as well so I will not being coming back. $300 for 1 day is insanity!
