JONATHAN MNext time let the customer know up front that you have to return blankets. I used U-Haul a year ago and was not asked to return the blankets, but when I dropped off the U-Haul this time I was charged $96 for not returning blankets that I thought I could keep. Not right U-Haul.!
JOSHUA SThe truck should have had a full tank of fuel. When we pick up the truck it was 55 miles to empty, when we returned the truck it had 129 miles to empty. So I feel we got the short end of the stick. It should have been issued on a full tank and returned on a full tank.
