How U-Haul Reviews WorkOur pick up location was changed as well as the truck selected at the last minute. We never received the supply items requested -- furniture blankets and dolly -- but were still charged for them. We shared our concern with the local service number who told us to let the returning location know. Even with all of our attempts to correct this error we were still charged for these items.
Thomas OJim was very accommodating and great to work with. There was, however, a discrepancy in the rate that was initially given to me upon reservation. That was at no fault of Jim.
Tammy WJim was very helpful with everything I needed!
