Do t expect the customer to inspect the equipment and mark any areas of damage prior to departure. This should be done by the rental location personnel.
BLAINE WEven though we paid the mileage fee in the app, we were charged again when returning it.
MELIH AI’m not sure how to describe how awful my experience was. From showing up to no workers around so I couldn’t even get my truck, to getting in and seeing mounds of dog hair, to getting a new truck with sticky drinks all over the place, to the micro-storm trying to turn the truck in, it was horrible!!!!
