My only problem (that I have had, before) is the iPhone App for 24/7 services: Local cell coverage isn't always that good to complete transactions (picking up/dropping off). It wants to identify my location before using the App... that's a problem. If I decide to do everything from my home computer, before or after my trip, it won't let me because it wants to match location. I suppose that makes some sense for a new, unproven customer. But, I have used U-Haul for many years with a perfect record. Other than that, the trucks I have used at Center Creek are really nice (except, I can't find cruise control on any of these trucks.) Thanks to Michele for getting me on the road and checked back in. Great service!
