I was charged incorrectly. I returned my truck before 1pm not at 2pm I also did not drive 41 miles, I have pictures of the miles meter and it looks like numbers are being erased. I am requesting refund or I will dispute my entire transaction with my bank.

It was my first time using the mobile check-in experience and the employee managing the location was very helpful. He came out and made sure the check-in was going fine and I had everything I needed. Would use again!
Zach PThe dolly was pitiful - we could not even use it. The truck was fine. Everyone there was friendly but an explanation of the QR codes for checkout/checkin would have been helpful - the last time I rented we did all paperwork.
