Have more folks trained so I can get my receipt that day, just so I know charges. Otherwise this was great as its a local place and I don't have to take it to Longview. Last time we rented, Longview said we had to take it to Rainier, Ore, which was extra time and $$. We LOVE the idea of UHauls at our local market. They were nice, its not their fault my truck was messed up. I didnt catch names, but the girl with the dyed red hair was very helpful and nice.
ALLISON SThe laptop the store uses for UHaul had died the other day so the associate was using her phone to do our transaction. Some of the information wasn't registering, so she tried to call the local UHaul manager but he didn't answer. The associate was friendly and apologetic about the problems. After another failed call to the local manager, she was able to work with another store associate to finish my registration. The truck was good and turn-in when I was done was fast (as it didn't involve accessing the system with me there).
ALAN BBased upon the one experience, I am with out any suggestions for improvement at this time. However, I wanted to rent the same trailer a few days later and was unable to due to early closing hours.
Anthony EI was extremely pleased with Debbi and the great customer service she provided. I wasn't sure how to rent a truck from them, but she walked me thru the online process in short order. I highly recommend select market and Debbi for your truck rental needs!
