I did not rent this vehical from you and would like some kind of reciept showing that. I called the store and they would not or could not fix this error. The real problem is that i have not lived in utah for three years and some how my account was use for another customer and Cullens rental just ignored this issue.Verry unhappy and will not be using uhaul ever again
