I dropped off truck 11/14/2025 (Friday) around 3pm. They were open till 5pm (ie- the truck was dropped off during business hours). The young man in the office refused to take my rental paperwork. He only wanted the key to the truck, which I gave him. He said he only needed the key, that he would park the truck and check it out. We waited a few moments for further instructions, got none, so we slowly walked to the car and slowly drove away. We received no reply in any format for over 24 hours so I called-Haul 11-15-2025 around 5:15pm and spoke to Joshua who felt it was a tad odd, but not unheard of for dealers not to give feedback. I related all to Joshua and he thought I’d get an acknowledgment of the truck return in 24 hours. I think you get the idea and can take it from here.
Don GThe brakes on this trailer were nearly non-functional. Tires were way over inflated .100 lbs.
EVERETT CWhen I got the trailer it stunk. The best way to describe it was a dead animal smell. I didn’t have time to trade for something else and what I was hauling would not absorb the smell so I kept the trailer.
