My truck had no air conditioning. When I spoke to the uhaul man that I rented from about it he said “well no one has complained before”. I asked if there could be any compensation for the lack of AC and the man looked at me and said “no”.

They changed the location via text to a mobile check in couldn't log in finally past the reservation time, by then the store opened up. The guy was very unpleasant and not helpful. Called Uhaul back, again, was told our truck was available at our original requested location.
