The guy we spoke to over the phone was rude! The process was long, drawn out, and aggravating! I had to change my pickup time twice while I was there because it was taking so long! Also my id card is raggedy but tre system accepting the photos! Then a representative told me that I couldn't rent and needed an alternate driver as if my license were suspended! I highly dint recommend using this location or mobile services!

ROBERT Calthough i will recommend the location (they did everything they could on their part) the experience was horrible solely due to UHaul. It took us over an hour to rent the truck and then UHaul wanted to charge us $200 for a $19.95/day truck which we only needed for about an hour to remove a king size bed from our home. The manager had to be on the phone with UHaul for about 45 minutes trying to get things straightened out.
SARAH BI arrived at the pickup location at **12:30 PM**, which was a supermarket. Inside the supermarket, there was only one staff member, who was also responsible for U-Haul check-ins. After completing the paperwork, we proceeded to the vehicle to check the mileage and fuel level, which took until **12:48 PM**. We arrived at the drop-off location, the same supermarket, at **2:30 PM**. I went inside to confirm the parking location with the staff. At this point, the staff member had changed. The vehicle was officially returned at **2:40 PM**. Due to the presence of other shopping customers and the staff member’s unfamiliarity with the return process, the return process was completed around **2:50 PM**. However, **U-Haul charged me an overtime fee**, which I find very **unreasonable**. Since the pickup and drop-off location was a supermarket, and the cashier was also responsible for handling U-Haul check-ins, it is understandable that the check-in and return process would take some extra time. However, this additional time **should not be counted against the customer**. Additionally, **the parking area at the supermarket entrance was very crowded and narrow**. In order to ensure that the U-Haul vehicle did not obstruct other vehicles, we **waited for the cashier’s confirmation before proceeding with the return process**. I strongly believe that this waiting time should **not be charged to the customer**. It is unfair to **penalize customers for being polite and patient** by overcharging them.
