It says on the U-Haul site that you can get supplies and hand trucks there. That you can get counter service. You cannot. It was the most frustrating truck rental I have ever experienced.

Door locked. No personnel on site. Dropbox only site. I walk with a cane and for online return pictures were required. Of course, the door to the back rolled all the way up. I had to climb onto the truck to reach the door to secure it. I had dropped the truck the night before when I had a ride back from the site.
ROBIN RIt should be reported during rental that the location is not equipped with a person and the app needs updated for use.
Jeffery PSpeedometer was off apprx 10mph. Front driver's side wheel had a little drag, gas mileage wasn't the best. Third rental, worst mpg.
